Polyethylene is a typical thermoplastic, odorless, odorless, non-toxic, flammable white powder. The molded PE resins are all waxy pellets extruded and granulated, and the appearance is milky white. The melting point is 100-130 ℃, its low temperature resistance is excellent, and the operating temperature can reach -100 ~ -70 ° C. It can still maintain good mechanical properties at -60 ℃, but the use temperature is 80 ~ 110 ℃. It has good chemical stability. It is resistant to dilute nitric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, ammonia, ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and other solutions at room temperature.

The raw material of PE tarpaulin generally refers to the color strip cloth, which is coated with PE film on both sides of the PE woven cloth, and is also used on the polypropylene woven cloth. The production process is: brushed-circular woven cloth-double-sided laminating. This kind of tarpaulin has poor waterproof performance. Generally, it is not dare to guarantee the waterproof performance after one use. The disadvantage is that it is easy to be worn. The advantage is that it is light in weight, clean and pollution-free. It is generally used for temporary stacking, rain and dust prevention, and is not suitable for long-term use in open environment.

How to reduce the damage to PE tarpaulin?

Storage conditions: The storage place must be ventilated, ventilated, exposed to light, and clean. Adhere to the air circulation during the day. The doors and windows should be closed on rainy days to ensure that the items are dry and avoid moisture.

Storage is divided into: to-be-treated area, good product area, and bad product area. When the items are stacked one above the other, it is necessary to be "upper small and larger, lighter and heavier". Three principles should be adhered to during storage: fire prevention, waterproofing and pressure prevention; fixed point and quantitative; first-in first-out. The items in the warehouse are stored at room temperature. It is forbidden to place items that are easy to get wet directly on the ground. They should be placed on shelves or pallets for blocking.
